FAQ: How fast is the digitizer of N6780 series SMU and are there any restrictions?

The data is returned at 200 kHz only when one N6780 power module and one parameter (voltage OR current) is being measured.

If two parameters are being measured (voltage AND current), then the data return rate is 100 kHz.

If there are three or more parameters, then the return rate is 50 kHz. However, during those times, the underlying digitizing is still occurring at a 200 kHz.
